Seven year old inapropriate

My seven year old sees adults as his friends. He does not know when to stop and I some times have to warn him about this more than ten times. He would play with them like you play with a five year old, and as soon as it becomes a problem or annoying he does not stop.

I have a 6 year old and she does that she will take hats off peoples heads and run she will wrapp her self around peoples legs jump on them want to play fighting games. I will ask and ask and soon I turn in to mean mom as she would say and she needs to go to her room and calm down. it is embaressing and frustrating and sad cuz all she wants to do is have fun. I amhoping by making her leave the room and by that she is not in volved with what is going on she will learn. Good luck

pull him away from the situation, TIME out, keep letting him know what is appropriate, the second he starts to act like that remove him again, keep repeating it till he understands, if he keeps getting pulled away he will learn.

I have a seven year old myself so i know the sort of games they like to play! My son tugs and pulls at people and i find myself cringeing! Ifound that it helps if the person he is doing it to asks him firmly to stop, rather than me moaning at him-he stops virtually straight away! Good luck xxx
