My 19 mo old son was doing the same thing. We started giving him a snack right before bed along with a sippy of milk. Then at bedtime, in his crib we give him a cold sippy of water. We cut out the juice because of the tooth decay factor. We occasionally hear him in the night slurping on his sippy. But unfortunately you may just have to let her cry it out. We went down that road too. It's a tough one! It took about a week. Good luck to you!

Have you tried mixing her milk with rice cereal? I tried that with my daughter and she slept through the night. You don't want to put too much cereal in the milk because it will be hard for her to suck. Try this and let me know if it works.
