walking is the best fat burn exercise.
try playing games with your kid which involve you running around.
i fly my niece around heaps and she loves it plus its a work out without realising it!
good luck

I am so busy sometimes that I don't have the time to eat.. but when you eat, watch out what do you put in your mouth! Throw away the junk and keep healthy food at home. Plan your meals, monitor your calories if possible. My fitness is the house cleanning activities :)

I read in a mom book that it took 9-10 months to get your body to that size and to give it that long to come off. I hate my body too. I still have about 15lbs to loose...I am totally with you!

It takes about 1 year to return to somewhat of a pre-baby weight- the older you are, the harder it is, especially if it's the second or third baby. Eat small, frequent meals, drink water (toss the soda- not good for you), and don't eat anything past 9pm. If you eat regular, frequent small meals, you'll be plenty fed, and your body won't need food past 9pm. also, mild to moderate movement (such as walking 30min 3 times a week) does a whole lot of good to your body and mind.

Hi, I have lost 18 KG's in 6 months and here is a tip;Try to change your diet together with a 15 min daily excercise at home to help u feel good &do any thing that makes u feel good about yourself.Any food u like u can tast it or take a small portion and try to enjoy it .Do not eat while thinking about something else because u loose the nice perception of food and need more and get plenty of healthy food .If u r breast feeding drink 3 liters of water/ day .This will help u to loose weight and a doctor will be of help. Believe me do not go alone

Hi iErica,

I got a Nintendo Wii and it's been amazing. It's allows you to have fun and workout at the same time. Your eldest child and your husband can play with you. You will be surprised at your results. Prior to getting the Wii, I purchased latin dance excercise DVD's. Also alot of fun and again your children will join you in the workout. They have 10 minutes DVD's that are amazing. I am like you, because I walk so much anyway it didn't have an inpack on my weightloss. Try these ideas, I truly believe you will see results. All the best.

It will come off in time! and if this is your second child for most it takes longer..less your one of the lucky ones where it just falls off lol Try trying him for walks at night maybe a half and hr before bed then u get exercise and he get some fresh air! with my second one i walked alot!!!! and it probably took me about 6-8 months to get back down close to the size i was before!
