I would say, give it time. She's still pretty young. It will come with time and a lot of Celebrating when she does go on the potty.

Gosh! I wish I had a good answer but I don't. We potty-trained my daughter at 2 1/2 and she did really good with going pee but would NOT poop in the potty. After 2 weeks it hurt her to go so it didn't take her long to realize "if she doesn't want it to hurt then we need to go on the potty every day". That 1st week she only went twice and of course she was so backed up it hurt her. Fleet makes a Pedia-Lax in melt-away strips, chewable tablets a syrup that might help her get the urge to go. You can probably get her to the potty fast enough then and then it's just "praise, praise, praise". If you reward her and get super excited about #2 then eventually she'll start going when she realizes how proud you are of her. It might take a couple of weeks though (it did with us). Good luck!

she great at peeing in potty i give her lil mini m&m's and if she poops she gets more and a stickers i don't know its hard and i tried the whole pulls up and she don't see the difference of that and the dipers.  I also tried the whole thing with toliet everywhere she goes and leave her bottoms naked so if she goes she will goes but if her pullsup on or diper she wont before its too late.

She's still wearing pullups/diapers?  Well, my recommendation is to go cold turkey - straight to the underpants and don't look back.  We only did pullups at nap time and night time.  (Now it's just night time).  Although it makes for horrible clean up...two different poopy accidents in my daughters underpants was all she needed to feel sicked out!  =)  Ha!  Trust me, the longer she's wearing the pullups or diapers while she is potty training there is no real reason to the use the potty.  It will take a good week or a week and a half of accidents and clean up but she'll be fine after that!  By week two we were in the clear!  We just do the pullups at nightime now.

It's worth a try.  We took her to the store and let her pick the out...tossed out the diapers and had a big party for her as a big girl.  It seemed to work.
