Aiden is now 16months old and she is a very busy toddler, sometimes I come home and I am very tired (being a massage therapist is very tiring work as it demands a lot out of you), my husband is there to assist but he cooks and cleans the kitchen and sometimes we swap, but it feels like I never get enough sleep or even relax time.

It feels like it is constant, how do i go about not feeling this way?

You need to find time for yourself...even if it means the kitchen doesn't get cleaned that night. It's hard finding time for myself because I work all day and my husband has the kind of job making house calls which usually are at I don't have that help at least a couple nights a week. When he is home, I try to take 20-30-60 minutes and go in another room just to veg or relax and breathe. Another thing I do is try to put my daughter (22months) to bed 15-20 minutes early some nights. That helps too. I don't think anyone has perfected the balance of family/work/me time but you if you don't find some time, you will go crazy. Good luck
