i am a mum of a 22mth old and 6mth old daughters, i am working part time at the moment when my partner gets home so he watches the kids. and am considering doing more shifts, but dont think its fair on my partner to have to come straight home to watch the girls, the oldest goes to day care 2 days a week but not sure im ready to put the baby in, im torn between putting them in daycare for a few days a week, letting my partner try and cope with them after being at work all day or just waiting until they go to school? any advice will be much appreciated thanks

My girls are about 22 months apart, now 2 and almost 4. I have been working full-time since they were about 1 and 3. I must say, I do enjoy my time away from my family, but part-time work is SO ideal for a mommy, you really should just enjoy the luxury.

As for your partner's involvement, you really should let him decide for himself how much is too much. I know it would be too much for my hubby.

Keeping your little one out of daycare for another 6 months is also a great idea IMHO.

I work for an MLM/Network Marketing company but if you check out the Circle Of Mom's store there are many options, Avon, Mary Kay and lots more.

I work in Health & Wellness ( the 2nd fastest growing industry in the world) I'm in the store too.

That's a tough one. I am a SAHM, work from home too, even then my husband has to watch our kid sometimes when he gets in from work for an hour or 2.

It will be tough for a while but things will change, the kids will grow up so fast and everything will settle again.

If you can afford daycare, then go for it.

Some moms I know know quit working because their wages were less than the cost of daycare.

Try looking for a home based business, find a good MLM company, it's the only thing paying above average now and is the fastest growing industry on the planet, now is the time to get in there.

good luck
