Handling your child

How was your child after birth? Was it hard for you to take care of him/her at first? (like fussy/crying/etc) If you work or got to school/college, was it hard for you to jump right back in and concentrate?

I just want to know everyone's experience and such. :)

My daughter was great after birth and I went back to college full time when she was 7 weeks old. But she's also 13 months and still doesn't sleep all night. It gets hard to concentrate sometimes, especially now that she's into everything while I'm doing homework, but once you get in a groove it all works out great :)

my daughter was amazing and still is she is such a good baby we may have had a couple of frustrations like with breast feeding but what mom hasn't? and she didnt really fuss or cry that much except when she was hungry, and it was a little bit hard going back to work even though its a slow job and its only a 4 hour job it was still hard to leave her with my mother in law i cried and was almost late to work lol
