i would also have a couple of back up names just in case. If at birth you look at the baby and decide he or she is definitely not an Ethan or a Sarah. You have have other names to consider and don't just pick anything. Just make sure that the name fits the baby. Good luck!

whats your style? Are you looking for traditional, unique, popular, unique but not unheard Where are you from? That can help sometimes, oddly enough different parts of the US have different vibes, of course other nations do too lol Like here out west, names have a sort of earthy sound to them. I named my daughter Sienna, and I think it fits for here in AZ. I've met a lot of Ambers out here as well. You'll find Dakotas and montanas and cheyenne. i'm originally from RI and back east you see a lot of popular names, or italian names, like Anthony, Michael...etc...i think I posted a link to my favorite baby name site, it tells you everything about a name and easy to search. Good luck!

We have a girls name picked out, but he "thinks" we have a boys but i am not sure about it. But every other boys name i bring to my husband he doesnt like it. So i am praying its a girl so we dont have to argue about it =)

We're definitely stuck on names too. My husband wants to wait until we got much closer to the due date, like the name will just come to us at the last moment. That's fine too, but that doesn't mean I'm not tossing them around in my head in the meantime! Our first is a boy, his name is Lucas so we're trying to find names (boy or girl, cuz we don't know yet) that go with that in some way. Heh, do you know how many times your going to introduce your children to other people throughout their life? But if this is your first then your options are completely open for names, you can go any direction you want! Just make sure your baby isn't going to hate their name when they're older :)

go to a baby name site and pick out what sounds best. i already knew if i had a girl i was gonna name her lily but had no clue for a boy. so i looked with my boyfriend who is very picky i learned and we finally found the name riley and agreed on it. they have tons of names but im sure you will find the perfect name.
